Tattoo Aftercare
This is where you can get all the info on keeping your tattoo nice, clean and vibrant!

Step 1: Immediate Care
- Remove covering after 24hrs for best optimal healing
- Wash your hands before touching the tattoo
- Gently wash the tattoo with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free, antibacterial soap. Do not use a washcloth or loofah; use your clean hands instead.
- Pat the area completely dry with a clean paper towel or a soft, clean towel. Do not rub.

Step 2: Ongoing Care Stage
- Moisturize a very thin layer of your tattoo aftercare ointment or a fragrance-free moisturizer. The area should look shiny, not greasy.
- Wash your tattoo twice a day
- Do not scratch or pick at your tattoo! let any scabs or flakes fall off on their own. Picking can cause infection or ink loss.
- Keep it out of the sun avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds until the tattoo is fully healed for at least two weeks.
- Do not soak your tattoo in water please avoid submersing it.

Step 3: Avoid these at all cost!
- Avoid sun exposure it can dry out the tattoo, cause scabbing, and lead to fading.
- Avoid picking and scratching this can lead to infection and uneven healing.
- Avoid soaking with swimming, hot tubs, and long baths until the tattoo is fully healed.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, harsh soaps and products with fragrances or alcohol, which can irritate the skin.
